Data Deletion Instructions
At Coexius, we respect your privacy and your control over your data.
If you have used one of our applications (such as StencilMaker) and would like your data deleted, you can request this at any time using the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, please:
- Send an email to: stencilmaker@coexius.com
- Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- In your message, include:
- Your name
- The application you used (e.g., StencilMaker)
- The email address or account used within the app
What Happens Next
- We will review your request and verify your identity if needed.
- Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our systems.
- You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Processing Time
We aim to process all data deletion requests within 7–14 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Account information (name, email, profile data)
- Application usage data associated with your account
- Any stored content you created within the app
Exceptions
Some data may be retained if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Security or audit purposes
This data will be retained only as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
Facebook Login Users
If you used Facebook Login to access our application:
- You can remove the app from your Facebook account settings to revoke access
- This does not automatically delete your data from our systems
To fully delete your data, you must still submit a request using the process above.
